Site Information: Orangeburg
Nike Site NY-04 was the control area for the launcher at Mount Nebo, a short distance away. This site was operational 1955 to 1974, when the Nike system was shut down nation-wide. Today, the site is an Army National Guard training area. Immediately adjacent to this control area is a former drive-in movie theatre, now a compost/mulch facility.
